**Job Title: Manager, International Tax (Investment Management)**
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Manager in the International Tax (Investment Management) role, you will be part of an engagement team leveraging your expertise in accounting and taxation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing tax consulting and compliance services to various clients, focusing on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound structures and investments.
- Identifying both fundamental and complex tax issues and offering tax analysis and recommendations for entities and their affiliates.
- Conducting high-level reviews of tax research, partnership work papers, allocations, and tax filings.
- Leading client meetings on compliance and advisory projects related to tax planning opportunities and the tax implications of various transactions.
- Training, mentoring, and supervising new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors.
- Taking lead roles in client contact, billing, and profitability analysis on engagements.
- Engaging in marketplace eminence building and pursuits.
- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance to motivate and develop the engagement team.
- Supervising Senior and Tax Consultants.
**Education and Experience Information:**
**Required:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing tax planning and/or compliance services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- Ability to work within a hybrid model, requiring co-location in person 2-3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, on average, based on work and client/industry needs.
- Active accreditation, either as a Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA, or if not CPA eligible, as a Licensed Attorney or Enrolled Agent.
**Preferred:**
- Experience in strategic planning initiatives.
- A focus on partnership, funds, and/or international taxation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Previous experience with a Big 4 firm.
- Strong executive presence.
**Salary Information:**
The compensation range for this role is $107,100 to $235,300. This range considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Typically, individuals are not hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. Additionally, there might be eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program, dependent on individual and organizational performance.
