Job Title: Manager, Oracle Tax Implementation

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in the Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team, you will play a critical role in delivering services to companies implementing tax solutions related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and tax applications. Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Management: Oversee day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Delivery: Manage and deliver components of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP or indirect tax engine client engagements, leading teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Solutions: Identify, design, and implement innovative technology solutions to address clients' tax needs, enhancing their strategic value.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader TTC practice and the company as a whole. Maintain holistic client relationships.
- People Development: Serve as a counselor and coach, participate in staffing processes, and engage in retention activities to support team growth and development.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain contacts, organize and lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development efforts to expand the company's reach and impact.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in the implementation of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly related to tax requirements for direct and/or indirect tax.
- Experience in direct tax areas such as corporate income tax, tax provision, operational transfer pricing, and state income taxation, including experience with Oracle TRCS and EPM Suite applications. Preferred experience in indirect tax using native Oracle product functionality or third-party solutions like ONESOURCE Indirect Determination, Vertex, Avalara, or Sovos.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring in-person presence 2-3 days a week.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and industry needs.
- One of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or other relevant certifications such as PMP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Certified SAFe credentials, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and more.

- Preferred:
- Experience with a Big 4 firm, large ERP/consulting organization, or a large IT department of a multinational company with tax-related experience.
- Experience working directly with clients.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this role considers a range of factors including skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $108,430 to $246,870. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, with awards based on individual and organizational performance, among other factors.
