Job Overview

A nationally recognized law firm is actively seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join its Litigation Support and Information Governance team. This full-time, non-partnership track position offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, overseeing the full lifecycle of eDiscovery projects in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid command of all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and bring a proactive, detail-driven approach to their work.

Duties

  • Manage eDiscovery components of complex litigation cases

  • Oversee project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and internal standards

  • Draft and negotiate discovery-related documents, including protocols and agreements

  • Serve as point of contact for legal teams, clients, and vendors regarding eDiscovery matters

  • Coordinate identification and collection of client data

  • Create and manage workflows for document review, including quality control procedures

  • Prepare and manage document productions

  • Provide training and performance oversight to document review attorneys

  • Develop cost estimates and budgets for review projects

  • Support monthly forecasting and invoice review processes

  • Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment among review teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, government, or service provider setting

  • Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction where services are being performed

  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional judgment and reliability in a high-stakes, fast-paced legal environment

  • Commitment to providing timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables

  • Ability to comply with firm policies and maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with a . state bar

Skills

  • Proficiency across the EDRM lifecycle

  • Strong analytical, legal writing, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities

  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and team coordination abilities

  • Ability to influence and guide review attorneys toward process and quality improvements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

  • Comfort working with legal technologies and discovery platforms
