Medicare Advantage Member Retention Principal Divisional Strategy Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
The Medicare Advantage Member Retention Principal Divisional Strategy Consultant is tasked with developing and driving strategic initiatives aimed at reducing member churn, enhancing engagement, and improving overall member satisfaction. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with various markets and distribution channels to identify opportunities that maximize member retention and contribute to long-term growth. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and execution of both short- and long-term divisional plans to bolster Medicare member retention. This position requires working alongside leadership and cross-functional teams to establish effective strategies, develop mitigation tactics, and address analytical and data requirements. Additionally, the consultant will execute initiatives aligned with the business plan and conduct in-depth analyses of key performance metrics, as well as competitive and market trends, to support the division's overarching strategy.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a strategic consulting environment, OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development, and financial management operations, OR
- 8 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in leading and formulating strategies, with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results by working across departments in a matrixed environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
- Experience working directly with corporate leadership.
- Strong analytical, program management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA, or MHA.
- Expertise in Medicare Advantage, with specialization in distribution, STARS, network, and/or product.

Additional Information:
- This is a Flex (Hybrid) role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at any of the office locations listed: Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Helena, MT; Tulsa, OK; Albuquerque, NM; or Richardson, TX.

- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Compensation range: $90, - $164,.
