Job Title: Private Client Advisor II
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients, deepen existing client relationships, and build a robust internal and external network to achieve business development goals.
- Lead the Client Management Process and collaborate across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience tailored to meet specific client needs through access to the full array of Private Bank and company capabilities and services.
- Ensure client retention and meet SAFE Act registration requirements, which involve registering with the federal registry system for residential loan mortgage originations and maintaining good standing.
- Identify new business development opportunities by leading the Client Process Management Process within the client team.
- Source new clients in alignment with the company's established risk appetite.
- Deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience through the client team.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, and remain responsive to changes in the business environment and/or with client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.
- Encourage the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required Qualifications: Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
- 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience.
- Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets).
- Ability to present to clients a holistic approach, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.
- High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities to recognize opportunities for client engagement and proactively act upon them for the betterment of the client.
- Must be a skilled negotiator with a solutions-oriented approach, sales, and financial aptitude.
- Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists and collaborate closely with other team members.
- Takes on a leadership role within the team and the business community.
Desired Qualifications:
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree.
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a significant plus.
