Law Firm Seeks Experienced Avvocato for Private Client and Tax Role in Milan (6-8 Years PQE)

**Members Only**, a leading law firm focused on people and collaboration, is currently seeking an experienced avvocato to join our Private Client and Tax team in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' experience in a law firm's private client and wealth management group, with a specific focus on international taxation, estate and succession planning.

The Role

As an avvocato in our Private Client and Tax Department, you will have the opportunity to work directly with High Net Worth Individuals and their advisers on complex domestic and international taxation matters. This will include advising on wealth management, succession and estate planning, taxation of financial products, and international tax planning. You will also have the chance to collaborate with colleagues in our overseas offices, making this a truly global role.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for a qualified avvocato with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a law firm's private client and wealth management group. The ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in English (C1 required)
- TEP qualification (considered an asset)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting, writing, research, and communication skills
- Project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience working directly with clients to establish and maintain long-term relationships
- Team player with the ability to work alongside colleagues in different time zones
- Strong IT skills (., Word & Excel)
