Job Title: Senior Manager, Trust Tax

Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing client relationships related to a trust tax services contract and overseeing the team servicing these clients, or taking ownership of a unique subject matter specialty needed by the trust tax practice.
- Work independently with clients and trust administrators to resolve complex issues with positive outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and deliverables of the assigned team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Serve as a role model in both ability and values to other team members.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of eight years of recent public accounting and/or trust tax experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess one of the approved designations/credentials such as CPA, EA, or JD/LLM. New hires without a designation have one year from their hire date to obtain one.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code as it relates to trusts and estates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and detailed knowledge of the Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform.
- Experience in mentoring and counseling manager and staff level team members.
