Job Responsibilities:

As a Defense Litigation Associate, you will handle a diverse caseload and work with clients on a variety of matters, including but not limited to:

- Business Litigation
- Construction Law
- Data Breach & Security Response
- Hospitality & Food-Borne Illness Litigation
- Motor Vehicle Accidents
- Premises Liability
- Product Liability
- Professional Liability
- Real Estate Litigation
- Toxic Tort / Asbestos Litigation
- Transportation & Trucking Law

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
- Strong drafting, writing, and researching skills
- Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience with case management, including deposition, motions practice, and trial experience
- Admission to the Washington State Bar
- Experience in school law or public entity defense is desired but not required

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
