Job Title: Associate Attorney (Private Funds)

Location: San Francisco or Denver

Job Description:
- Provide legal advice to private funds on formations, fundraising, and ongoing operations
- Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, offshore funds, and parallel fund structures is a plus
- Clients have a mix of traditional and non-traditional assets, including digital assets
- Analyze and advise on novel legal issues without established precedent

Requirements:
- Must be in good standing and admitted (or pending) in CA, CO, or NY
- Minimum of 2 years legal experience in investment fund structuring, transactions, or regulatory compliance
