Job Title: Consultant, Advanced Technologies, Antitrust

Job Responsibilities:
The Consultant, Advanced Technologies, Antitrust at the company is responsible for assisting clients with their Antitrust compliance needs through advanced analytics, primarily leveraging machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Large Language Models (LLM). The Consultant will work closely with the Senior Director and the larger Antitrust practice group to provide expert advice on defensible workflows and serve as a subject matter expert in applying machine learning and/or generative AI tools to data sets.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on predictive coding (TAR and ) for compliance with regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation.
- Independently addressing challenges and roadblocks with creative problem-solving while collaborating within the larger Antitrust Practice Group team.
- Consulting with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools, workflows, and required deliverables.
- Creating models in **Members Only** AI Discovery Assistant, Reveal AI, Brainspace, and Relativity Active Learning, with proficiency in developing these models and advising on use-case scenarios.
- Developing prompts/instructions for AI tools (chat and classification).
- Articulating statistical measurements and considerations to clients with varying levels of technical proficiency through written and oral communication.
- Staying informed on changes in the regulatory environment that impact compliance.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle with the ability to identify headwinds for the AI processes and critical paths for review and production.
- Drafting recommended protocols and responding to regulatory specification requests.
- Documenting and transferring all applicable knowledge to the Managed Review and Client Services teams to aid in efficient technology-assisted review workflows.
- Maintaining subject matter expertise through continued education and certifications in the analytics platforms deployed by the company.
- Mentoring colleagues and serving as an internal subject matter expert to broaden the company’s analytics knowledge.
- Pursuing opportunities for thought leadership through speaking roles and authorship.
- Occasionally supporting business development activities through demonstrations, training, and client presentations or meeting attendance.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, although an advanced degree such as a JD or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity is required.
- Proficiency in Relativity (Server or RelativityOne) and the administration of document review databases is generally preferred, with certification being a plus.
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools for eDiscovery is necessary.
- Experience crafting prompts for LLMs such as CoPilot, Claude, Gemini, Harvey, etc., is required.
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace used to reduce data volumes and organize data for review is preferred, with certification being a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 is required.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, and SQL is preferred.
- Strong skills in synthesizing complex solutions into cogent explanations are necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent issue-spotting and problem-solving skills are required.
- Willingness to exceed client expectations is desired.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is between 125, to 160, USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Specific salary will be determined based on several factors including location-based market rate for the role, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
