Associate Attorney Health Care and Medical Malpractice Defense The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active member in good standing with Arizona, New Mexico, and/or Utah State Bar with 2+ years of experience in Health Care and Medical Malpractice Defense. Should possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a drive to provide exceptional client service. Must be highly motivated, have excellent academic credentials, and work well individually and as part of a legal team. Should have strong experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills are required.
