Trial Attorney DUTIES: Work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys. Handle client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and/or arguing in court. Handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation; Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar; Spanish bilingual a plus; Experience drafting and responding to motions; Substantial knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. Candidates based in either Tucson or Phoenix are preferred.
