Job Title: Intake Attorney (Sales-Focused)

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client intake process from the initial contact to signed engagement.
- Provide legal advice during initial consultations and evaluate the viability of cases.
- Convert consultations into clients, emphasizing this is a high-volume sales role.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client details.
- Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law teams to ensure smooth case transitions.
- Address and resolve client concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support management in staff training and contribute to the improvement of the intake process.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must be a licensed attorney with 5–10 years of experience.
- A strong preference is given to civil litigators.
- The role requires demonstrated sales or business development experience, whether in the legal field or another area.
- The candidate must possess exceptional communication, persuasion, and client service skills.
- The role requires a self-starter with a relentless work ethic, energy, and persistence.
- Comfort with working remotely while staying highly responsive and organized is necessary.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 base, with additional on-target incentive pay.
