Job Title:
Senior Associate, Business Tax Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
- Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and perform tax provision calculations.
- Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, offering industry knowledge and experience.
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
- Advise clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services and advice.
- Engage in market and business activities outside the company, building and managing client relationships.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
- A Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or a Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited college or university is required.
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740 is necessary.
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
- Capability to handle multiple engagements and manage client service teams efficiently.
