Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation defense matters with autonomy.
  • Conduct depositions, and mediations, and successfully represent clients in trial proceedings.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Engage in business development and marketing initiatives to contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to deliver excellent results.
  • Utilize technology effectively in a paperless work environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Missouri and good standing.
  • 0–5 years of experience in relevant legal practice, particularly in workers' compensation or similar fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to teamwork and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Missouri Bar.
