**Members Only**, a top-ranked international law firm, is currently seeking a junior to midlevel Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation practice. Our Insurance Coverage Litigation practice is highly regarded in the industry and has a busy caseload, handling some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation. We represent clients in enforcing their rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies for a wide range of losses and liabilities. As a junior to midlevel associate, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases with experienced attorneys who will mentor and guide you in your career development.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique, or one year of insurance policyholder experience and federal judicial clerkship experience. You must also have excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school. We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits. Our compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent policyholders in insurance coverage litigation cases
- Enforce clients' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies
- Work on challenging and high-profile cases with experienced attorneys
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique
- One year of insurance policyholder experience and federal judicial clerkship experience
- Excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to providing excellent client service
- Willingness to take on challenging and complex cases
- Admission to the state bar
