Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to enhance their skills and performance.

- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Education and Experience Information
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study is required.
- Knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation is essential.
- Experience in international taxation consulting is highly desirable.
- Experience in performing quantitative analyses for tax compliance.
- Proven ability in building and utilizing client relationships.
- Experience in managing project workflow and budgets.
- Ability to supervise teams and create trust.
- Proven skills in seeking diverse views for improvement.
- Experience in coaching staff with meaningful feedback.
- Ability to develop new relationships and sell services.
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
