Job Title: Financial Services - International Tax - International Corporate Tax Advisory - Tax Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- As an ICTA Senior, you will be part of a team that handles a variety of responsibilities focused on quality and commercial value within a highly regulated industry.
- Your tasks will include reviewing staff work, assisting with technical planning, and managing global projects.
- You'll be responsible for identifying and solving complex domestic and international tax issues.
- Provide technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Be part of a dedicated client service team and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Continuously develop your knowledge, keeping your status as a trusted advisor by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and practices.
Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience are required.
- Progress towards or completion of a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status is necessary.
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-acquisition planning, inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning, and compliance experience is required.
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and people is also necessary.
Ideally, candidates will have:
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $91,100 to $150,200.
- The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $109,400 to $170,600.
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through various factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
