Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant fields.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, which can enhance the candidate's qualifications.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), or being a Member of the Bar are preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews and monitoring tax compliance requirements is essential.
- Proficiency in conducting tax research and solving complex tax-related issues is required.
- Experience working with financial statements and journal entries is necessary.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager position is between $89,000 and $315,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
