ORGANIZATION is currently accepting applications for their Spring Law Clerk program. This program offers a unique opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in administrative law and government oversight and accountability. Selected candidates will have the chance to work with experienced attorneys and professionals in a challenging and rewarding environment.
**Note: This is a remote opportunity with the possibility of some in-person training.
**This program is open to all law students, including those seeking course credit or participating in a work-study program.

Position: Law Clerk
Organization: ORGANIZATION
Term: Spring
Hours: Minimum 16 per week
Location: Remote with potential for some in-person training
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Interest in administrative law or government oversight and accountability
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience or coursework in relevant areas of law is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and writing projects under the supervision of experienced attorneys
- Assist in the preparation of legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents
- Attend and observe Merit System Protection Board hearings
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Network with attorneys and professionals in the public sector
