Job Title: Manager, International Tax

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in the International Tax Services practice, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients. Your role will involve identifying complex tax issues and offering tax analysis and recommendations. Specific responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with the implementation of specific international tax structures and processes.
- Overseeing complex tax computation projects for clients in various industries.
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations.
- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance to the engagement team.
- Supervising Senior and Tax Consultants.

Education and Experience Information:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation.
- One of the following active accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the following designations based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires . Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
- Previous Big 4 experience, public accounting, or consulting experience.
- Experience participating in strategic planning initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Information:
The wage range for the Manager, International Tax role considers a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is $111,090 to $235,170. It is important to note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
