Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision for a diversified client base, including pass-through and C-corporation entities, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services, technology, and financial institutions.
- Develop, build, and manage client relationships, ensuring ultra-responsive customer service.
- Represent the company in the professional and business community, enhancing its presence and reputation.
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients, contributing to business development efforts.
- Contribute to company-sponsored technical guidance for both internal and external publication, as well as internal learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience in public accounting tax, including technical tax consulting and research.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Taxation or a Law degree.
