Job Title: Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Associate will be part of the Corporate practice group at the law firm, focusing primarily on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading due diligence teams
- Managing specialists involved in transactions
- Drafting transaction documents
- Handling multiple assignments with minimal supervision
- Providing a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have three to six years of experience in corporate law, specifically in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate governance. The successful candidate must possess:
- Experience in leading due diligence teams and managing specialists
- Excellent writing skills
- Superior academic credentials
- Capability to manage multiple assignments independently

Salary Information:
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $225,000 - $280,000. The actual initial salary may vary based on skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of the position. The salary is part of the total compensation and benefits package, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
