Responsibilities for this role include providing counsel on environmental regulations, developing permitting strategies, and supporting internal clients in responding to alleged regulatory violations. The Sr. Legal Counsel will also act as a subject matter expert on real estate, construction, sales, procurement, and other commercial transactions, and will monitor proposed revisions to regulations affecting the company.
Qualifications for this position include a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited . college or university, 10+ years of legal experience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new legal areas.
