Job Title: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney at the law firm, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the organization's mission of taking great care of people. Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving ongoing training and staying updated on current legislation
- Providing legal support and guidance to clients
- Handling personal injury case files from start to finish
- Preparing and maintaining case plans
- Communicating with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records
- Building trustworthy relationships with clients
- Representing clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
- Keeping clients informed and up to date on their cases
- Drafting, reviewing, and modifying legal documents such as claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, and memorandums
- Strategizing on how to resolve clients' cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner
- Actively monitoring the financial aspects of cases
- Excelling in a paperless environment
- Handling new client opportunities promptly
- Explaining and executing Attorney-Client Contracts on behalf of the law firm
- Documenting and updating the status of all case files in the case management system

Education and Experience Information:
- A valid Bar license is required
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in personal injury law

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this full-time position is $75, - $125, per year
