- Tax Sr. Manager position available in 34 locations across the US
- Opportunity to work with leading companies in a rapidly growing practice
- Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Advisory, Consulting, and Audit and Assurance
- Advise clients on sustainability and social Federal C&I programs
- Manage and facilitate Federal C&I engagements related to sustainability and ESG
- Deliver value by identifying opportunities and advising clients on potential benefits and eligibility requirements
- Maintain and develop strong internal and client relationships
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments related to sustainability and ESG
- Develop and mentor team members
- Participate in various internal initiatives and special tax projects
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in related field, exception for master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- One of the following accreditations required: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certifications such as PMP, CFP, or GRI
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with tax technical research and Federal or State and Local C&I preferred
- Passion for sustainability and ESG
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firm preferred
Salary Information:
- Wide range of factors considered, with current estimate ranging from $153,860 to $285,740
- Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program
