- Fostering collaborative relationships across various departments, including Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units. This collaboration is crucial for maintaining a cohesive approach to advertising policy management.
- Managing high-risk and high-impact escalations in conjunction with moderation and support teams. This involves addressing urgent issues that may arise and require immediate attention to mitigate potential risks.
- Developing a deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly the company's infrastructure, to guide policy development. This knowledge is essential for creating effective policies that align with the company's technological capabilities and strategic objectives.

As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, the Senior Ad Policy Manager will work across the company's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for the company's Advertising. The role involves combining extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in content moderation, ad tech, product policy, or advertising policy roles. This experience is crucial for understanding the complexities of advertising policy management.

Salary Information:

The base pay ranges from $124,600 per year in the lowest geographic market up to $206,100 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The company is a total compensation company, meaning that in addition to the base salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
