A highly respected personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage a full caseload of personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic litigation, motion practice, discovery, and client advocacy. Location

Duties

• Litigate personal injury cases from inception through resolution

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Handle written discovery and related meet-and-confer processes

• Prepare for and conduct depositions of parties and experts

• Attend and argue motions in court and virtually as required

• Draft mediation briefs and participate in settlement negotiations

• Communicate with clients regarding case status, developments, and expectations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case valuation

• Prepare pre-trial materials and support trial readiness

• Guide and manage support staff including litigation assistants and paralegals

Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant litigation experience (preferred)

• Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation is a plus

• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a busy caseload

• Willingness to appear in court and take ownership of case progression

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (Required)
