Job Title: Senior Counsel - Global Partnerships
Job Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on various . and global partnership transactions.
- Support the deal desk and work on other commercial contracts with minimal direction and supervision.
- Create scalable processes that allow the business to move with velocity, managing a variety of concurrent tasks.
- Understand the technical and business requirements of the transactions handled.
- Help the business intelligently manage both legal and business risks.
- Identify and implement processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure through training, guidelines, and general processes that the right resource is doing the right work to focus on the most strategic, highest-valued work.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a . degree from an ABA-accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country.
- Membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar.
- 6+ years experience in commercial/transactional areas of structuring partnerships, contract drafting, negotiation, and deal management.
- Ability to think strategically and leverage strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build enduring partnerships.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and adept at balancing risk and opportunity.
- High energy, positive mindset, and "can do" attitude.
Salary Information:
- **Members Only** provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
- The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $206,000 - $279,000, Southern California $203,000 - $275,000.
- This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
- Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
