Job Title: Mergers and Acquisition Tax (M&A Tax) - Senior Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer tax advisory services using digitization and automation to improve efficiencies in complex and fast-moving transactions.
- Address and solve sophisticated tax challenges by analyzing complex problems and maintaining rigorous standards.
- Mentor and support the development of junior staff, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Foster and maintain meaningful client relationships, building trust and understanding client needs.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business landscape and how it is changing, which is crucial for providing relevant tax advice.
- Navigate and manage complex scenarios effectively, ensuring quality and adherence to professional standards.
- Maintain standards and quality in work, upholding the company's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is necessary.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation may also be considered.
- CPA or commitment to pass the CPA exam before being promoted to Manager, and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar is essential.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
