Client Manager/Customer Success Manager - Legal News
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive usage and adoption of Legal News products.
- Partner with product specialists and renewal teams to secure successful renewals within large law firm accounts.
- Execute strategic account plans including onboarding, migration support, and post-sale training to ensure seamless adoption and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement structured nurture programs, such as weekly tips, webinars, product kickoffs, 1:1 and group training sessions, and usage enablement sessions.
- Monitor and analyze usage data, client feedback, and satisfaction scores to identify accounts at risk and proactively address concerns.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by advocating client needs and sharing feedback with internal product and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve product issues swiftly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- JD is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with law firm accounts is necessary.
- Sales/Account Management experience is required.
