**Members Only**, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Manager for their Private Client Services practice in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join a boutique practice within the firm that specializes in serving high net-worth individuals, families, family offices, C-Suite executives, athletes, entertainers, and other clients with complex tax and financial structures. The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to clients, utilizing their educational background and professional experience, as well as their communication, time management, leadership, technical, and people skills. This role also involves supervisory responsibilities, including managing and training a team, providing performance feedback, and scheduling workload.

Responsibilities for this role include managing tax and consulting engagements, conducting tax research, identifying technical issues and providing recommendations, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and **Members Only** professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, and five or more years of experience in accounting, finance, or law. A Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation is preferred, as well as a CPA, EA, or Attorney credential. Experience with tax compliance process software and tax research tools is also preferred.

At **Members Only**, the individual salaries offered to candidates are determined by considering factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. The salary range for this role in California is $112,000 - $150,000, in Colorado it is $90,000 - $130,000, in NYC/Long Island/Westchester it is $110,000 - $150,000, and in Washington it is $110,000 - $125,000.
