The role involves representing high-profile consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers in significant litigation and counseling matters. This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement and a collegial, collaborative work environment.

Duties

• Represent national and international manufacturers in complex litigation matters, including mass tort disputes.
• Provide legal counsel to flagship consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers.
• Participate in high-stakes, "bet-the-company" cases.
• Work collaboratively within a team of over 70 attorneys specializing in product liability across multiple offices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong references demonstrating professional and legal competence.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one . jurisdiction.
