Unifi, a leading company in the legal industry, is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our team as a Corporate Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer and vendor contracts and facilitating our contract-review process. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in corporate law, who is a top-tier law firm graduate and has excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate, review, and analyze complex commercial agreements to protect Unifi's interests and ensure compliance with policies and laws
- Collaborate with the Customer Contracts Director to improve contract review and approval processes, templates, and policies
- Serve as the primary legal escalation point for internal contract negotiations and assist in resolving complex issues and disputes
- Develop and implement policies for internal contract approval processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Create metrics for extracting data from the CLM to measure contract performance
- Prepare customized contract templates using the CLM system
- Advise internal business partners on commercial transaction requirements and risk exposure
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customer and vendor counsel
- Manage outside counsel on legal strategy and contract review
- Conduct training for internal business partners on contract approval processes and policies
- Work on other legal matters with the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Corporate Counsel

Qualifications & Skills:

- JD from accredited law school
- Top-tier law firm training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with experience drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts
- Experience with Saas and license agreements, data privacy, and cybersecurity is a plus
- In-house experience with contract analytics software, specifically DocuSign, is also a plus
- Ability to advise, lead, and collaborate with company stakeholders, internal and external attorneys, and vendors and customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects independently and efficiently
- Experience advising clients and developing practical business perspectives
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment
