A top-tier law firm with a nationally recognized Intellectual Property Disputes practice is seeking junior to midlevel associates to join its litigation team. Ideal candidates will have 1–5 years of experience in complex IP litigation at a large law firm and a technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering. This position is open across several key . offices and provides an opportunity to work on high-profile technology-related litigation matters.

Represent clients in patent and other intellectual property disputes
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
Conduct discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
Perform legal research and analysis
Assist in trial preparation and participate in court proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and technical experts
Contribute to strategy development and case management
1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably from a large law firm environment
Demonstrated experience or interest in intellectual property disputes
Admission to the bar in the state corresponding to the desired office location
Ability to handle complex legal and technical matters efficiently
Willingness to work across teams and practice groups
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school
Active bar membership in good standing for the applicable state jurisdiction
Preferred technical background in:
Computer science
Electrical engineering
Computer engineering
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Adaptability and teamwork across jurisdictions and offices
