Job Title: Intake Attorney (Immigration)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the law firm's case management software to vet live cases.
- Review intake sheets and documents from potential clients.
- Identify potential immigration relief for potential clients.
- Suggest legal strategies and proposed services for potential clients.
- Communicate with existing clients regarding potential services outside of their current contract.
- Answer legal questions from or explain legal processes to potential and existing clients.
- Provide feedback and communicate with the sales team meeting with potential clients.
- Oversee intake paralegals and virtual assistants.
Education and Experience Information:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Immigration Law.
- A collaborative team player willing to strategize and work with fellow associates.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
- Possess interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
- Demonstrated ability to move legal cases forward and manage a caseload.
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.
- Familiarity with Case Management Software is preferred.
