Duties

• Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and medical professionals to build strong cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload effectively and independently.
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and legal drafting.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Native or fluent Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
