Provide effective consulting, planning, and compliance for clients

Stay updated on new tax laws and general business trends
Ensure proper utilization of staff and work delegation
Create a collaborative culture and integrate firm initiatives
Monitor risk and implement processes for efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
CPA, JD, or EA license required, Masters of Tax or LLM preferred
12+ years of public accounting experience, including 7+ years of supervisory experience
Top 25 accounting firm experience preferred
Experience representing clients in front of the IRS and state agencies
Proficient with various tax software and Microsoft Office
