Job Title: Manager eDiscovery, Forensic Technology Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored data (ESI) relevant to litigation or investigations.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows and apply quality control best practices to make ESI preserved for a matter discoverable, viewable, and useful.
- Lead a team of junior professionals supporting each phase of delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members about commitments, deadlines, project status, and delivery issues.
- Maintain consistent communication and coordination with clients and team members to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of support tasks and completion of project objectives.
- Responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, organizing, and management of staff on active engagements.
- Lead external and internal meetings to review work results and ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading eDiscovery tools, including Relativity and Brainspace.
- Prepare and update documentation of progress and milestones, including summaries of team’s delivery efforts, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with a preference for computer science, information management, data science, or related fields.
- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from several sources.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Exceptional client service and follow-up skills, including interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with industry-standard review and production tools including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.
- Experience in using digital forensics tools such as FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali is advantageous.
- Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices.
- Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator.
- Experience with document review management is beneficial.

Salary Information:
- The salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on variables including education, experience, skills, and geography.
- A discretionary bonus program is available, based on individual and firm performance.
- Employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in benefits including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick time, federal holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days varies based on tenure and role type.
