**Job Title: Manager, International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services**
**Job Responsibilities:**
The Manager for International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services (ITQCS) at the company is part of the Tax Services in the Indirect Tax department. This role is centered around providing strategic tax consulting services to . and foreign multinational clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and modeling the impacts of international tax reform.
- Planning foreign tax credits and handling global restructuring, repatriation, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with . tax return requirements, including forms such as Form 5471, Form 8858, Form 8990-8993, and Form 1118.
- Improving international tax processes and addressing other areas affecting international tax.
- Utilizing technology-assisted services through internally developed tools and processes to enhance the Tax Consulting practice.
The role requires combining tax technical skills with technology skills to innovate and provide solutions for managing multinational tax functions. A solid understanding of . international tax provisions like BEAT, GILTI, FDII, FTCs, and Subpart F is crucial. Technical skills may include expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and Power BI/Tableau.
**Education and Experience Information:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Legal, Finance, or another business-related field is required.
- Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- The position requires the ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on work demands and client industries.
- One of the following active accreditations is required:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, candidates must have one of the alternative designations, such as Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various technology certifications (., CBAP, Certified SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience with Big 4 accounting firms, public accounting, or consulting is preferred.
- Experience in strategic planning initiatives and working in fast-paced, team environments is advantageous.
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Exceptional skills in using technologies such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and/or Power BI/Tableau are highly valued.
- Demonstrated project management skills are beneficial.
**Salary Information:**
The wage range for this role is $111,090 to $235,170. The salary takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and licensure. It is important to note that compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances for each case. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which depends on individual and organizational performance.
