We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team at Davis Miles, PLLC. As an Associate Attorney in our Family Law department, you will have the opportunity to manage your own case load with the support of our staff and management team. We are looking for candidates with a strong desire to practice in family law, including divorce, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement, and adoptions, as well as other areas of civil litigation.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a JD degree and be an active member in good standing with the Utah State Bar. While 2 years of legal experience is preferred, we will also consider candidates with less experience who have a strong background in family law. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must for this role.
