Job Title: Tax Manager, International Indirect Tax Controllership
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative tax controllership tools and processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate indirect tax risks.
- Lead quality control initiatives and process improvements.
- Partner with global teams to implement tax controllership initiatives.
A day in the life: The role involves collaboration with international teams to solve complex tax challenges, participation in strategic planning sessions, and contribution to transformative projects. Daily activities might include analyzing tax regulations, designing control frameworks, and consulting with business partners to ensure compliance while fostering innovation.
Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department.
- Indirect Tax knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and entries.
- CPA or .
- Experience researching indirect tax issues, including the taxability of products and services.
- Financial/Accounting knowledge.
Salary Information:
The base pay for this position ranges from $80,900/year in the lowest geographic market up to $172,900/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Company is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
