H1: Array Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our legal team in Chandler, Arizona.
H2: Key Responsibilities of the Associate General Counsel include:

- Provide legal expertise in commercial and construction litigation, dispute prevention, and resolution.
- Manage and advise on litigation matters, supporting risk management and leading strategic initiatives for dispute prevention.
- Work closely with business leaders and external counsel to minimize litigation risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement.
- Handle disputes related to construction projects, including contract disputes, delay claims, change orders, and defective work claims.
- Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
- Proactively engage in dispute prevention strategies, including training business units on dispute avoidance and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential legal risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic legal advice to business units on issues related to commercial contracts, construction disputes, and general litigation risks.
- Manage relationships with external counsel and legal service providers to ensure alignment with company objectives and cost efficiency.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of construction laws, contract negotiations, and project management.
- Experience in managing alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration.
- Familiarity with international litigation and arbitration proceedings and government contracts and regulatory agencies is preferred.
- Competitive salary of $150,000-$175,000 annually.
