If you have 3-6 years of transactional experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the legal field, then our law firm is looking for you! We are currently seeking a Tax Equity Associate to join our team in either Denver, Los Angeles, or New York. In this role, you will have the chance to work on significant tax equity financing transactions and gain valuable experience in negotiating and preparing various agreements related to tax credit purchases.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and prepare equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, and other ancillary documents related to tax equity financing
- Conduct due diligence on key project agreements such as offtake, EPC, supply contracts, and O&M services
- Review and analyze project agreements to ensure compliance with tax equity financing requirements

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of transactional experience, preferably with a focus on tax equity financing and credit purchase agreements
- Graduation year between 2019-2022
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information:
- Annual base salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
- Salary determinations based on year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level
