Overview:
- Vice President role within the Compliance Division at **Members Only**
- Will be located in either Dallas or Salt Lake City
- Responsible for preventing, detecting, and mitigating compliance, regulatory, and reputational risk across the firm
- Will work with a diverse team from various academic and professional backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Focus on core consumer function and deliver compliance risk management for Consumer Protection Risk
- Manage coordination and development of sustainable management reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners
- Manage requests and exams from outside regulators and internal audit
- Drive data analysis and metric improvements
- Understand compliance program mandates and operational risk
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Experience in content editing and visualization
- Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Highly motivated and proactive, able to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Qualifications:

- Professional experience in risk and management reporting to senior stakeholders
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong understanding of compliance program mandates and operational risk
- Experience in content editing and visualization
