Location:
Duties:
- Review personal injury cases nearing their statutes of limitations.
- Collaborate with pre-litigation and litigation attorneys to identify any delays and ensure timely action.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure all necessary steps are taken for cases to move forward.
- File claims for cases approaching statutes of limitations.
- Handle filing of government claims and monitor their status.
- Attend hearings for cases that have been filed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of personal injury legal experience.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
- Excellent time management skills, as duties are time-sensitive.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
- High attention to detail to prevent any cases from falling past statutes of limitations.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California (California Bar).
Skills:
