Job Overview

As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking multiple Immigration Attorneys at various experience levels to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing company, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve affirmative case filings with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals.
- Draft legal arguments for filings as needed.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their professional growth and performance.
- Provide support to other departments when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
- Familiarity with immigration law.
