Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and set the strategic direction for the Default team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead business development initiatives and maintain strong client relations, focusing on growth and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Mentor and guide the next generation of leaders, supporting their professional development and career aspirations.
- Advocate for and implement digitization and automation in tax advisory to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Adhere to professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment where technology and people work together to achieve more than they could individually.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify candidates for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director position is $140,900 - $434,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
