Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Leading efforts to develop new business opportunities.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must be a CPA, an Enrolled Agent, or an Active Member of the Bar.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Proficiency in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Experience in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Ability to develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in training and managing local staff.
- Ability to execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

- The role involves up to 20% travel.
