Duties
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and internal opinions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and participate in meetings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Support all phases of litigation from discovery to trial.
- Manage case timelines, deadlines, and court filings.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Attend CLEs and legal seminars for professional development.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to firm initiatives.
- Participate in networking and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in personal injury law or related practice.
- Solid understanding of legal procedures and court rules.
Education
- JD from an accredited law school required.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice in the relevant state(s); additional admissions are a plus.
